What is secondhand?

Secondhand means someone has previously loved an item and that item is now being sold or bought by another person. Secondhand sourcing is so important, now more than ever. Secondhand doesn’t necessarily mean old or worn down. In our case, it means well loved, well taken care of and will last a lifetime!

What condition will my item be in?

Most pieces will be pre-washed and cleaned unless it is dry clean only or new with tags. We also do not wash large coats and most denim. We will always try our best to make sure each item is in amazing condition so you can wear it out and about first thing!

What if I receive and item and something is wrong with it?

We will do our absolute best to make sure your item is in amazing condition. However, sometimes things just happen and it’s possible we missed something. You can contact us through the “connect” page and let us know! We will do our best to work with you to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.

Do we offer refunds?

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges at this time.

When will my package be delivered?

Most pieces take 3-5 business days. However, we are happy to ship something quicker if you are willing to pay the extra cost. Please double check your shipping information before purchasing and let us know as soon as possible if changes need to be made. After a package is shipped, it is no longer our responsibility.

How much does shipping cost?

We have a flat shipping rate of $8 in the continental united stated. That is in addition to the item you are purchasing. We are not shipping international at the moment.

Do we offer local pickup?

Absolutely! Live near Kalispell? Come grab it or let’s meet and do a hand off! We are willing to travel 10 miles to meet you for a pickup!
